Software Pick: VisualHub
Over the past few days, I’ve been playing around with VisualHub. For those interested in a good video converter, I have no problems recommending this app.
VisualHub basically does one thing, but it does it very well. VisualHub is able to quickly convert almost any video into a format that will play on your favorite device. Got a video that you want to play on your PSP or iPhone? There’s a very good chance that VisualHub can make the proper video conversion.

Update: VisualHub has mysteriously disappeared. I recommend checking out Video Monkey. It’s a free alternative that also happens to have a good deal of functionality.
